Facility Rules — Self Storage Coolum

access hours

The facility is open 7 days a week from 6am to 6pm.
Gates power down after hours — no vehicle access after 6pm. Please ensure you have vacated prior to 6pm.
After hours entry will incur a security call-out fee.

What you can store

Household goods and furniture

Business equipment and stock

Vehicles, caravans, boats and trailers

Sporting equipment and personal items

What you cannot store

Hazardous, flammable or explosive materials

Illegal or stolen goods

Perishable food items

Living animals or plants

Lithium-ion batteries or items containing them (no matter the size)

Any item that poses a risk to other storers

General Rules

You must supply your own padlock

Keep your access code confidential

Do not leave goods outside your container

Report any damage or security concerns immediately

Minimum storage period is 8 weeks

14 days written notice required to vacate

Storage fees are paid 4 weeks in advance
